Offices

All of our offices are carpeted and are equipped with desks, chairs and filing cabinets where appropriate. Telephone points, electrical sockets and modem sockets come as standard. If a variation on these standard fixtures is required by the tenant, please contact the Centre Administrator.

Services

A comprehensive range of services and support facilities can be provided by our administration staff. Standard switchboard answering of calls and transfer to individual offices is included in the monthly rent. If you can provide reception with a list of your appointments your guests can then be greeted personally on their arrival. A photocopier is located in our reception, each tenant has a personal code for the machine. Faxes can be sent and received on behalf of tenants if required.

Kitchen facilities

Our kitchen is situated on the ground floor and is equipped with 2 electric kettles, fridge and a filter for fresh drinking water. Each tenant has full access to the kitchen where they may store their own refreshments.

Parking.

One parking space is available with each office. A pass enables you to park 24 hours a day and seven days a week. The car park is patrolled by a reputable security company. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owners risk.

 TELEPHONES

Our flexible telephone system enables us to allocate to our tenants an individual telephone number (DDI Line) which enables us to answer your calls in your company name. Your calls can then be transferred to your office according to your precise instructions. Out of office hours your calls can be routed direct to your office in order for you to receive your own calls. For those tenants who wish to answer their own calls the system enables the calls to bypass the switchboard. 

TELEPHONE TELEPHONE CALL TRANSFER

When you are away from the office we can transfer your calls to a pre arranged number ensuring that you never miss that vital call and reducing the cost of return calls.

ISDN ISDN LINES

An ISDN line will allow you to do two things at once, for example you can speak on the phone and send data simultaneously. Being digital it is faster and can carry a great deal more information. In fact ISDN is twice as fast as the fastest modem so you can cut the cost of your calls. ISDN is ideal if you need to send and receive lots of computer files, especially those with graphics.

BANKING BANKING SERVICE

Let us relieve you of this tiresome but necessary chore. Tenants can pass their banking to reception and we will take it to the bank on your behalf. For registration clients we can open your mail and bank your cheques for you. This can be arranged on a monthly basis to cover you when you are away on business or holiday.

SECRETARIAL SECRETARIAL SUPPORT

Our reception staff are on hand to greet your visitors, handle all your company typing and assist you in collating information.  Faxes and e. mail’s can be sent via reception and staff are always on hand to assist you in the smooth running of your business. 

COURIER COURIER SERVICE

You may leave your parcels at reception and we complete all necessary paperwork and arrange collection and delivery. Our current courier is DHL

PERSONALISED TELEPHONE ANSWERING

We will allocate your company an individual telephone number, answer your calls in your company name and take messages according to your specific requirements. 

BUSINESS ACCOMMODATION AND MAILING ADDRESS

Clients may use our name and address. All mail received will be kept in our offices to await collection. Mail can be forwarded to you at an additional charge. Faxes and e-mails can also be sent or received.

MAILING & PERSONALISED TELEPHONE ANSWERING

Our combined service of both telephone answering and mail handling gives you the freedom to devote your time and energy to your business, knowing all your calls and mail are in safe hands.

CONFERENCE ROOM

Should you need to hold a meeting, conduct interviews or have a training session, our pleasant and comfortable Conference Room can be hired on an hourly, half day or full day basis ensuring that you only pay for the time you need. The conference room can seat up to 10 people, it is located on the ground floor in Riverside House and has a lovely quiet outlook. Any stationery or catering requirements can be provided upon request.
